The Opportunity

• Opportunity to work in a renowned MNC in Semiconductor, and this role will partner with business leaders and HR teams to support workforce planning, job architecture, capability development, and change initiatives.
• Mon - Fri; Office Hours
• 1 year contract (conversion subjected to performance and business directions)
• Location: Woodlands
• Budget: up to SGD 9k (subjected to experience)

The Talent

• About 5 years' experience in Organizational Development, Talent Development, Workforce Planning, Change Management, or related fields.
• Experience supporting business transformation, workforce capability, or job architecture initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate workforce insights into practical talent and organisational solutions.
• Experience collaborating with HR, business, learning, and transformation team
  

The Job

• Support organizational development and workforce transformation projects.
• Conduct job analysis, job evaluations, and maintain job architecture frameworks.
• Drive workforce planning, skills assessments, and capability-building initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to facilitate change readiness, talent development, and career pathways.
• Analyse workforce data and provide insights to support talent and organizational decisions.
