Job Description

Responsibilities

Administrative Functions

(1) Lead and supervise on-site team members.
(2) Administer house rules, by-laws and statutory laws compliance matters.
(3) Prepare, convene and attend all meetings of the estate.
(4) Minutes writing of all meetings of the Management Corporation.
(5) Manage inquiries and complaints.
(6) Term contracts requisition, engagement and administration through proper approval system.
(7) Correspond and liaison with government bodies, solicitors, auditors and professional consultants engaged by the Management Corporation.
(8) Ensure filing and documentation in the management office is in good order.

Financial Functions

(1) Oversee the safekeeping of monies handled and stored in management office.
(2) Prepare and manage budgets.
(3) Arrears management.
(4) Correspond and liaison with Management Corporation’s banks on banking and accounting matters.

Maintenance Functions

(1) Prepare, recommend and execute work plan for all approved works from planning to closure.
(2) Service providers’ performance management.
(3) Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance to upkeep the property in good state and operational condition.
(4) Recommend improvement / addition works / good industry practices for the betterment of the development.

Requirements :
Strong Grip of BMSMA laws related to a condominium.
Well-versed in both oral and written communication.
Possesses positivity and a can-do attitude.
Able to effectively resolves conflicts while maintaining professionalism in the process.
Can efficiently work in a fast-paced environment.
Has a solid know-how of the most recent technology and good knowledge in using MS Office applications.
At least eight years’ working experience in residential property management.
A diploma / degree related to business, building or property management. Alternatively, an Accredited Managing Agent Individual with the relevant professional certification.
Able to travel to Northeast and West
