- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn and take initiative
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with daily sales activities and follow-ups
- Contact and communicate with potential clients/leads
- Assist in arranging appointments and coordinating viewings
- Prepare and update sales-related records and reports
- Assist with administrative and documentation tasks
- Update property listings and marketing materials
- Support the team with other ad-hoc tasks when required
