Full Time Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITOM - ITSM) Jobs, in Ambition - Maukerja

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a growing team supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB, who enjoy working closely with customers, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM solutions.
• Configure Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Vulnerability Response, AIOps, and related modules.
• Gather requirements and conduct workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Support MID Server configuration, CMDB governance, and platform optimization.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and best practice recommendations.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
• Strong experience in ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB) and ITSM modules.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, REST/SOAP integrations, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience engaging with infrastructure, network, cloud, and security teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently drive workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) and/or Field Service Management (FSM).
• Knowledge of CSDM, IRE, Service Graph, and platform governance.
• Experience mentoring junior developers.

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM
• CIS – Discovery, Service Mapping, or Event Management
