Responsibilities
Job Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions for our healthcare business. This role plays a key part in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and supporting management with timely financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
Prepare monthly management reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
Oversee clinic billing, revenue recognition, insurance and corporate receivables.
Manage cash flow, collections, and payments to suppliers and service providers.
Ensure compliance with SFRS, GST, IRAS, ACRA, CPF, and statutory requirements.
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and other stakeholders.
Oversee payroll, including doctors’ remuneration and statutory submissions.
Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls.
Support management on business decisions, cost control, and expansion initiatives.
Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA) preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with hands-on full set accounting.
Prior experience in healthcare or service-based industries is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST, and tax regulations.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
