RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To assist in the day to day operations of Café.
• To provide courteous and efficient services to the customers.
• To attend and respond to guests’ needs promptly and professionally.
• To operate the Cash Register machine and return the correct change to the customer.
• Issue of Receipts Upon Purchase – check the coding of the product, pricing, etc.
• Handling exchange of goods/guiding customers and informing customers of promotions and product.
• To count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shift to ensure that amount are correct and that there is adequate change.
• Reconciling the cash balance and sales at the end of the shift.
• To maintain the cashier’s counter in a clean and in an orderly manner.
• To assist in replenishing at the cake and bread counter from time to time.
• To provide assistance to the Service Crew to help serve food & beverage, and attend customers order during busy hours.
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to work during weekends
• Willing to learn
