What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be one of the first friendly faces our customers meet.
Your day-to-daywork will include:
Connect With Customers
Welcome customers warmly and create a comfortable, positive experience.
Talk to customers, understand their needs and assist them with suitable services.
Build genuine relationships and make customers feel valued.
Handle walk-ins, phone calls, enquiries and follow-ups.
Learn & Grow Your Skincare Knowledge
Learn about skincare, beauty and wellness from our experienced team and skin experts.
Keep yourself updated on our treatments, products and promotions.
Develop your knowledge so you can confidently share accurate information with customers.
Support Customers
Assist customers with appointments and follow-ups.
Respond professionally to questions and concerns.
Listen to customer feedback and work with the team to improve the customer experience.
Be Part of the Team
Work closely with your teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.
Support the team in maintaining a clean, welcoming and beautiful outlet.
Represent Caring Skin with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
No Experience? That's Okay. We don't expect you to know everything on Day 1.
If you have the right attitude, willingness to learn and enjoy connecting with people,
we will provide the training and support you need.

Weekdays: 10:00AM to 8:00PM
Weekends / Public Holidays: 10:00AM to 7:00PM
Rest Days:

2–4 weekend days off per month
