Full Time Senior BI Analyst (Power BI, Azure Synapse) Jobs, in EPAM Systems Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are seeking a BI Analyst to lead workshops, gather requirements, and build dashboards. You will translate complex business needs into clear user stories, design interactive Power BI reports, and collaborate directly with clients to ensure trusted, high-impact reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops and meetings to gather business needs, data context and success measures
• Translate needs into clear requirements, user stories and functional specifications
• Review project documentation, validate assumptions, identify gaps and propose options
• Create Power BI dashboards and reports that answer defined business questions
• Analyze results, build presentations and share findings with client stakeholders
• Coordinate testing and validation, support user acceptance testing and manage feedback
• Troubleshoot data or reporting issues, support releases and provide post-go-live hyper care

Requirements

• Business intelligence analysis experience gathering requirements and defining reporting outcomes
• Stakeholder management capability leading meetings and presenting insights to clients
• Documentation strength producing clear, unambiguous functional requirements and specs
• Hands-on Power BI skills for building reports, dashboards and data visuals
• Azure Synapse Analytics and SQL experience to support data exploration and reporting needs
• Language proficiency to read, write and speak the customer’s communication language

• Data modeling (Structure schemas for analytical reporting and dimensional datasets)
• Agile delivery (Participate in sprint ceremonies, refine backlogs, and write clear user stories)
