Job Summary
Lead and supervise housekeeping teams to maintain high cleanliness standards and accurate room status reporting, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency in a dynamic hotel environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct daily briefings with housekeeping staff at floor level to align team objectives and priorities
Manage and supervise all housekeeping tasks performed by the team to ensure adherence to standards and timely completion
Clean guest rooms, balconies, corridors, linen rooms, and housekeeping pantries according to established procedures and quality standards
Maintain and update section floor reports to track cleaning progress and issues
Conduct regular room inspections using checklists to verify cleanliness and readiness for guests
Accurately record room status within the assigned section to support operational planning and guest services
Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management to support hotel operations and guest experience.
