VACANCY: NIGHT SHIFT CARPARK ATTENDANT

Location: StarCentral, Cyberjaya
Working Hours: 7:00 PM–8:00 AM
Duty: Monitor two carparks during the night shift.

Monthly Salary Package

• Basic Salary: RM1,700
• Night Shift Allowance: RM100
• Handphone Allowance: RM50
• Motorcycle Allowance: RM50
• Overtime paid separately where applicable.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct regular motorcycle patrols at both carparks.
• Monitor entrances, exits, parking areas, and equipment.
• Assist customers with parking, payment, and LPR system issues.
• Immediately report suspicious activities, number plate misuse, equipment faults, and customer complaints.
• Update the HQ WhatsApp group with incident details and photos.
• Record all manual barrier openings and their reasons.
• Submit a daily night shift report and hand over outstanding matters before leaving duty.

Requirements

• Must own a motorcycle and hold a valid motorcycle licence.
• Able to travel between both carparks during the shift.
• Responsible, punctual, alert, and able to work independently.
• Able to use WhatsApp to submit reports, photos, and updates.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays according to the roster.
• Carpark or security experience is an advantage. Training will be provided.
