Job Summary
Join Tuck Lee Ice as a rotational trainee to develop operational and strategic skills across departments, working closely with leaders to drive projects and prepare for future leadership roles.
Responsibilities
Rotate through multiple departments to acquire cross-functional operational and strategic skills
Collaborate with department leaders to execute projects and support daily business operations
Take initiative and demonstrate ownership in completing assigned tasks and projects to achieve business goals
Apply leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to contribute effectively within teams
Prepare to lead a department by showcasing strengths and capabilities during the training period
Required competencies and certifications
Hold a valid Class 3 manual driving license to support operational mobility
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Completion of Food Hygiene Course Level 1 to enhance food safety knowledge
