Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Set and monitor R&D quality targets.
Support teams to achieve quality goals and improve performance.
Manage quality activities across product development and lifecycle.
Investigate quality issues, handle customer complaints, and implement corrective actions (8D).
Support quality planning and control during new product development (IPD process).
Conduct quality reviews and track improvement actions.
Improve quality systems, processes, and standards.
Analyze data to identify issues and drive continuous improvement.
Promote quality culture, training, and improvement activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in quality-related roles.
Experience in R&D quality is preferred.
Familiar with ISO9001 and quality tools (8D, FMEA, APQP, Six Sigma, QC tools).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure.
Knowledge of hardware, software, or engineering development processes.
Familiar with IPD process (preferred).
