Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to schedules and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and project managers.
Manage and supervise workers to ensure productivity and proper work practices.
Ensure all construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify any defects or issues.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety rules and site safety requirements.
Monitor the use of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and relevant documentation.
Identify site problems and coordinate with the relevant parties to resolve them promptly.
Ensure good housekeeping and proper site organization at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Management.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
as a Construction Site Supervisor or in a similar position.
Strong knowledge of construction site operations and practices.
Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and work procedures.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different teams.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Relevant construction/safety certifications will be an advantage.
