We're looking for a Café Crew member to join our team at Pavilion Damansara Heights. You don't need to know everything on Day 1 — we'll teach you the ropes, and you'll get the chance to pick up skills across different parts of the café.

What will you be doing?

Be the drink person

• Prepare coffee and other beverages
• Keep the drinks station clean and organised
• Make sure every cup is served consistently and with care

Be the people person

• Welcome customers and take orders
• Handle cashier and payment duties
• Help create a friendly, positive dining experience

Be the food person

• Prepare sandwiches, toast and other café items
• Portion and organise ingredients
• Keep an eye on food quality and presentation

Be the kitchen helper

• Assist with ingredient preparation
• Cook menu items according to our standards
• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic

And when things get busy? Teamwork mode: ON.
