Job Description – Operations Manager

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, ensure smooth workflow, and improve overall operational efficiency. The candidate will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating with different departments, monitoring operational performance, and ensuring that company objectives are achieved effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage daily business operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

* Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.

* Monitor staff performance, productivity, and operational targets.

* Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

* Identify operational issues and implement solutions for continuous improvement.

* Manage operational budgets, resources, and costs effectively.

* Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
