We are hiring an  Cleaning Manager.

The person typically supports the operationsteam together with the operation manager with tasks related to daily cleaningactivities, scheduling, staff coordination, inventory management, and clientcommunication.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assign daily cleaning duties to cleaners.
• Prepare cleaning schedules and ensure all areas are cleaned according to company standards.
• Inspect cleaning work and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
• Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning methods, equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, uniforms, and work performance.
• Ensure cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies are properly maintained and available.
• Monitor stock levels and request cleaning materials when supplies are low.
• Handle complaints from clients, residents, or management and take corrective action.
• Coordinate with management and other departments regarding cleaning requirements.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain cleaning checklists, inspection reports, attendance records, and other documentation.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, hazards, or safety concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on areas requiring improvement.
• Ensure cleaners follow workplace health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Assist with special cleaning projects, events, deep cleaning, and emergency cleaning when required.
• Motivate and guide the cleaning team to achieve daily work targets.
