Position: QA Analyst

Duration: 1 year extendable contract

Location: Bangi

Job Description

• Participate in technical/business workshops with the eKYC vendor.
• Review vendor documentation, solution architecture, and application design.
• Manage environment version controls and package delivery.
• Setup and manage CI/CD pipelines, SIT/UAT/PROD/DR environments.
• Create and execute SIT test cases; support UAT testing and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate performance, penetration, and DR testing with vendor and IT Security.
• Prepare rollout packages (RCOM, documentation) and execute implementation plans.
• Attend vendor training and perform knowledge transfer for system support.
• Review archival and purging strategies with vendor and business users.

BAU Post‑Live Phase

• Manage new change requests (CRs) and model changes with vendor under SDLC.
• Perform impact analysis on vendor CRs to fit enterprise ecosystem.
• Create/update technical specifications for changes.
• Monitor development timelines and ensure delivery milestones.
• Manage deployment packages and environment version controls.
• Execute SIT/UAT testing and support troubleshooting.
• Coordinate performance and penetration testing with vendor.
• Prepare production rollout packages and execute implementation to PROD/DR.
• Perform BAU activities to ensure SLA uptime (capacity reviews, DR scheduling, patching, housekeeping, archival).
• Act as 2nd‑level support for eKYC production issues.
• Identify emerging trends, challenges, and areas of improvement from user feedback.
