(1) Sales Development
- Develop and maintain relationship with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Identify new business opportunities by cultivating potential prospects and understanding market demands
- Promote and sell Luxx Newhouse’s products by contacting prospects, presenting solutions, and closing deals.
- Provide clients with information, support, and guidance while offering innovative suggestions to enhance service and profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to recommend product or service enhancements.
- Ensure consistent quality service by upholding company standards in all interactions.
- Continuously enhance professional knowledge through workshops, industry publications, and networking.
- Read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
- Translate design requirements into practical solutions and proposals.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Provide technical input during client discussions and presentations.
- Liaise between clients, design teams, and operations to ensure alignment on project scope.
- Support project execution by clarifying design intent and technical requirements.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design innovations
- Advise clients on product suitability, design options, and technical specifications
- Provide feedback to management on market demands and client preferences.
- minimum of 2 – 3 years of sales experience, ideally in Retail/General, Design, Renovation, Furniture, or Architectural products
- Proven track record in selling furniture or architectural products is a strong advantage.
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Self-driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Abilityto work independently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Own transport is preferred.
- Availability to start immediately or within a short notice period.
