Full Time IT Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in SING BROTHERS HARDWARE PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Sing Brothers Hardware Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive and hands-on IT Operations Executive to manage and oversee our entire IT infrastructure, systems, and day-to-day technical operations. You will be responsible for ensuring high system uptime, robust cybersecurity, smooth warehouse/office networking, and effective maintenance of all hardware, fleet tracking, and security systems.

Responsibilities

1. IT Support & User Administration

• Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 IT support for office and warehouse users, including laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Manage website domain, user accounts, email, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and access permissions.

2. Server, Network & Cybersecurity

• Maintain physical/ virtual data servers, Active Directory, file servers, backups, and disaster recovery systems.
• Manage firewalls, switches, routers, VPN, Wi-Fi, antivirus/endpoint protection, and cybersecurity controls across office and warehouse operations.

3. Operational & Security Systems

• Administer vehicle GPS tracking, CCTV surveillance, access control, PABX/VoIP telephone systems, and related hardware/software.
• Manage Wi-Fi infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity across office and warehouse facilities.

4. ERP & Business Systems Support

• Support ERP, inventory, product database, and other business applications, including system configuration and coordination with software vendors.

5. IT Vendor & Asset Management

• Manage external IT vendors, software suppliers, ISPs, maintenance contracts, and service levels.
• Maintain IT asset and software license records and coordinate IT infrastructure upgrades, installations, and replacements.

6. Digital Platforms

• Manage and support company's website and digital/ e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the platforms assigned.
• Coordinate with external vendors for updates, enhancements, and technical support.
• Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 2 to 5 years experience in Windows and various digital platforms and software administration, maintenance and and configuring/ troubleshooting network, sever and system issues. Must have working experience with ERP systems and severs.
