Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and Facility Management projects.
  • Promote the company's Facility Management services and explore new market opportunities.
  • Take full ownership of FM projects from project award through to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered according to agreed timelines, quality standards, requirements, and service levels.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Oversee facility management services including maintenance, security, cleaning, and space management.
  • Lead and support regional and site operations teams to ensure consistent operational performance.
  • Manage Facility Management tenders, including scope of work, quotations, evaluation, and vendor selection.
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency, cost control, and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of FM operations.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Oversee vendor management, contract negotiations, and compliance with service level agreements.
  • Monitor operational performance through data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Support management in strategic planning, risk management, business continuity, and business growth initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in Facility Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of facility management operations and service delivery.
  • Experience managing FM projects from planning and execution through to completion.
  • Experience in business development, tender management, and client relationship management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good knowledge of vendor management and contract negotiations.
  • Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Good financial awareness, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and operational requirements effectively.
  • Able to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
