We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Global BI team. This role emphasizes business analyst responsibilities, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement across the APAC region, fostering strong relationships, and successful project delivery. ️ Key Responsibilities

• Manage BI projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth and operational efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across all reporting platforms.
• Engage with APAC stakeholders to understand business needs, foster strong relationships, gather detailed requirements, document use cases, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and development partners.
• Participate in testing phases, validate solutions against requirements, and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption and effective utilization of BI tools and solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient BI solutions that meet evolving business needs.
• Continuously review and optimize business processes to drive efficiency, support innovation, and align with continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and similar platforms.
• 2+ years of experience in financial and commercial reporting basics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of SQL, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
