Full Time Senior Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Green Summit Development Sarawak - Maukerja

• Contract Administration: Maintain proper records of contracts, correspondence, and related documentation, and monitor contracts through completion, extension, or renewal.
• Contract Management: Handle contract-related matters, resolve issues with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal departments, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Tendering & Pricing: Lead the QS team in preparing tenders, sourcing and evaluating quotations, reviewing pricing, and ensuring tender requirements are properly addressed.
• Subcontractor & Vendor Management: Maintain an updated list of subcontractors and vendors and ensure timely sourcing of quotations for materials, labour, and subcontract works.
• Claims & Payment: Review and verify progress claims, variation claims, and final accounts, conduct site evaluations, and recommend subcontractor payments based on actual work progress.
• Subcontract Administration: Negotiate subcontract terms and manage the preparation and timely issuance of Letters of Award, Work Orders, and other contract documents.
• Cost & Market Monitoring: Monitor market prices for labour and materials and review material usage against tender allowances to support project cost control and management decisions.
• Team Development: Guide and mentor Quantity Surveyors and junior staff and perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior or management.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
