Full Time R - Planning Representative (Equipment Management) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in OTT CREATION MARKETING Selangor - Maukerja

Our client is a well-established global logistics company specializing in the transportation of liquid products, including chemicals, food products and gases. They provide specialized logistics solutions using ISO tank containers and other equipment for international transportation, serving customers across various industries. They are currently expanding their team and looking for a Planning Representative to support equipment planning, coordination and asset management.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure owned and hired equipment meets all regulatory, safety and operational requirements.
• Manage equipment utilization in line with customer and product requirements.
• Coordinate equipment inspections, surveys, modifications and preparation with internal teams and external parties.
• Support insurance claims and related documentation when required.
• Provide technical support and advice to internal teams and customers.
• Manage tank on-hire/off-hire activities, asset disposal and equipment KPIs.
• Monitor and improve equipment management processes, including specifications, condition, location and status.
• Support contract business growth through effective equipment management and maintenance.
• Handle other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• NITEC or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or related field.
• Basic knowledge of ISO tank specifications and fittings is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant computer applications.
• A strong team player who is proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
