Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets and tender documents for construction projects.
- Handle measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ).
- Manage project costing, variation orders (VO), and progress claims.
- Liaise with consultants, supplier and government authorities.
- Monitor project costs to ensure work stays within budget.
- Prepare reports related project costing and financial status.
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
