Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee disciplinary and misconduct cases, including investigations, fact-finding, documentation, and case resolution.
• Handle attendance-related matters such as absenteeism, tardiness, and unauthorized absence.
• Draft and review disciplinary and employment-related correspondence.
• Coordinate and support Domestic Inquiries (DI), including case preparation, witness coordination, minute-taking, and outcome documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and company policies.
• Support Labour Office audits, inspections, and statutory compliance matters.
• Maintain Industrial Relations and compliance reports and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Advise managers on disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, attendance management, and employee relations issues.
• Partner with People Partners and business leaders to promote fair and consistent people practices.
• Support Industrial Relations projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Industrial Relations.
• Experience handling disciplinary cases and employee misconduct investigations.
• Hands-on experience coordinating Domestic Inquiries (DI).
• Sound knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and labour regulations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
