We're Hiring — Project Executive

Capital Kirana (M) Sdn Bhd | Seri Kembangan, Selangor | Full-Time

We're looking for a junior executive to join our project team and grow with us.

What you'll do

Maintain project registers and action trackers

Prepare meeting notes, status updates and project reports

Support workshops and monthly project meetings, working alongside our senior consultants

Assist with site visits, data collection and document preparation

Help develop project templates and internal systems

What we're looking for

Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field

Fresh graduates welcome; 1 to 2 years' experience in construction or consultancy is an advantage

Strong written English and Bahasa Malaysia — reports and meeting notes are a core part of this role

Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word

Willing to travel to project sites across Malaysia

Own transport preferred
