Full Time Accountant Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in SM C2R CORPORATE PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

The Accountant is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate preparation of accounts, financial reports and statements, as well as provide support in monthly payroll processing.

• Maintain full sets of accounts for Singapore entities within the Group.
  Prepare monthly closing including manual journal entries, balance sheet and bank reconciliations, financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Liaise with customers/suppliers on AR/AP related enquiries regarding invoices, payments and SOA.
• Record and reconcile inter-company transactions between different legal entities within the group, ensuring elimination of inter-company balances during consolidation.
• Work closely with the team to ensure transactions are recorded in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
• Assist in Finance transformation tasks such as system implementation and process improvements.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, and local government agencies as required.
• Prepare accurate and timely tax submissions.
• Prepare weekly cash flow forecast to ensure prudent cash flow management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or professional certificate such as ACCA or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Prior experience in architecture or interior design services firms will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
• Self-starter, hands on, well organized, meticulous, analytical and able to work independently.
• A team player who is able to deliver under tight deadlines.
