Responsibilities

Role: Business Analyst (BA)
Location: Singapore
Experience: 3-5 Years

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Electrical Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
  • Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process analysis.
  • Experience developing functional specifications and supporting solution design.
  • Experience supporting UAT activities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • ServiceNow experience is an added advantage.
