Full Time PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Mega Teamway Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

* Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to ensure production targets are achieved.

* Supervise production staff and ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

* Monitor production schedules, machine utilization, and manpower allocation for optimum efficiency.

* Ensure products meet quality specifications and customer requirements.

* Coordinate with the Maintenance, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Quality Control departments to ensure smooth production operations.

* Monitor raw material consumption and minimize production waste.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

* Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

* Maintain good housekeeping (5S) and ensure a safe working environment.

* Train, guide, and evaluate production operators and supervisors.

* Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply if applicable).

* Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

* Knowledge of ISO standards, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Kaizen is an added advantage.

* Experience with ERP/MRP systems is preferred.

* Willing to work in a factory environment and support overtime when required.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
