Job Description & Requirements

Role Mission:
This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the billing and inventory processes, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. This role involves working with a team to prepare invoices and delivery orders, maintain inventory, and ensure the timely recording of payments. This position will also be responsible for reviewing and verifying documents, performing general data entry, providing ad hoc support and backup to the team as required. This position requires strong inter-personal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Description:

1. Provide support to the team to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

2. Tally and check documents to ensure consistency and accuracy before submission or filing.

3. Ensure payments are properly recorded in the system upon receipt and assist the team with "knocking off" payments in the system.

4. Maintain and monitor inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and managed in the system.

5. Perform general data entry duties as required, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and updated in the relevant systems.

6. Assist with ad hoc tasks and provide support to other departments as needed to ensure smooth operational flow.

7. Identify and implement improvements in billing, inventory, and payment processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

8. Generate reports related to invoices, payments, and inventory levels, providing regular updates to management.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in a billing, inventory, or administrative role
  • Strong team work and inter-personal management skills.
  • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or accounting software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Working knowledge of inventory management and accounting practices.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to handle ad hoc tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

Additional Information

  • Full time
  • 5.5 Day work week
  • Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm
  • Sat 8am to 12pm

Pay: $1,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
