Job Description

Responsibilities

Role Overview

Are you a final-year student looking to kickstart your career in Human Resources? We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team in Singapore for a 6-month immersive internship.

This isn't a coffee-fetching role. You will gain hands-on, end-to-end exposure to real-world HR operations, talent acquisition, and regional compliance. This role is ideally suited for graduating students who are looking for a robust foundation in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Support

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment pipelines, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules across local teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

HR Operations & Onboarding

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employment contracts, verifying background checks, and setting up first-day schedules.
  • Maintain accurate digital employee records and ensure HR database compliance with local data protection policies.
  • Assist in the offboarding process and documentation for exiting staff.

Statutory Compliance & Benefits Administration

  • Learn and assist with local statutory processes, including Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work pass applications/renewals (EP, S Pass, WP).
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits, leave tracking, and claims verification.

Special Projects & Engagement

  • Assist in ad-hoc regional HR projects, such as reviewing internal policies, process optimization or participate in HR system enhancement projects.

Requirements

  • Education: Final-year student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline, graduating in 2026/2027. (Open to any discipline if you possess a strong analytical mind and a passion for people and technology).
  • Commitment: Able to commit to a full-time, 6-month internship.
  • Knowledge: A keen interest in local employment frameworks; formal coursework or basic exposure to Singapore's Employment Act and MOM guidelines is highly advantageous.
  • Skills & Mindset:
    - An eye for process improvement: You don't just follow steps; you naturally look for faster, smarter ways to get things done.
    - Detail-oriented and methodical
    - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and a quick adaptability to new digital platforms/HRIS systems.
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attributes:
    - Highly discrete and able to handle confidential employee information with absolute integrity.
    - A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

What We Offer

Comprehensive Foundation: A rare blend of traditional HR generalist experience combined with modern HR tech project management exposure.

Mentorship: Direct guidance and mentorship from seasoned HR professionals.
Culture: A collaborative, inclusive, and fast-paced work environment.
