  • Preparation of monthly management accounts and supporting month-end/year-end closing
  • Preparation and filing of corporate tax computations and GST filings; liaison with auditors and tax agents
  • Preparing financial statements and basic variance/budget analysis for management review
  • ACRA filings and end-to-end corporate secretarial administration — including directors' and shareholders' resolutions, meeting minutes, statutory filings, and entity incorporations, branch registrations, and striking-off applications
  • Supporting corporate restructurings and multi-jurisdictional entity management, ensuring governance documentation stays current and compliant
  • General paralegal support: document preparation, contract administration, legal research
  • KYC and AML due diligence on clients and counterparties, including documentation
  • Preparing business proposals, pitch materials, and client reports
  • Acting as a point of coordination between the Singapore office and outsourcing professionals and clients
Key Qualities

  • High integrity and discretion; this role handles sensitive financial and compliance matters
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Adaptable and culturally attuned, with the judgement to navigate cross-border business norms
  • Pro active, resourceful, and willing to take ownership across a wide range of tasks
  • Clear, confident communicator, both with clients and internally
  • Strong research and analytical writing ability, with a track record of turning raw data or filings into clear, decision-useful reports
  • Eager and willingness to learn and open to feedback, with a genuine interest in building a long-term career in finance/compliance. Commitment and dedication towards the organisation and willing to work across various time zones as and when required
  • Collaborative team player who also thrives working independently when needed
  • Service-oriented, with a client-first mindset
Requirements:

  • Business-level fluency in Thai, Hindi and/or Gujarati (essential — a significant portion of communication is conducted in these languages), plus fluent English
  • Prior exposure to Indian, US regulatory, tax, or client environments — through study, internship, or work — is strongly preferred, given the role requires functioning confidently in that context from early on
  • Comfort with financial modelling, quantitative analysis, and interpreting regulatory filings or financial statements
  • Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and client-facing materials
  • Willing to work flexible hours to support clients across different time zones (such as North America and EMEA regions)
