Main Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise construction activities across assigned project sites.
• Coordinate with internal project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth site execution.
• Monitor construction progress, resolve site issues, and ensure alignment with design specifications and schedule.
• Oversee site logistics, material handling, and workforce deployment.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental practices on site.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with local construction regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate site documentation including daily progress reports, meeting minutes, and inspection records.
• Collaborate with project managers to manage timelines, risks, and resource planning.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover stages to ensure operational readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of construction management experience in ELV, security systems, or M&E works.
• Proven ability to lead site teams and manage multiple subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety, project scheduling, and site coordination.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
