Job Description

Responsibilities

Company Description Dreamscape One is a gamified education technology platform designed to complement educators and help learners become more independent. Nova’s World supports students aged 6–12 through curriculum-aligned English, Mathematics, and Science missions, thinking-skills activities, rewards, and progress analytics. Milo’s World engages learners aged 13 and above with entrepreneurship, decision-making, and real-world skill simulations. Educators use connected dashboards to assign activities, review answers, identify learning gaps, and monitor progress. Developed and operated through Guru Kids Pro, with a future home under GK Technologies, Dreamscape One is committed to being age-appropriate, educator-reviewed, and 100% ad-free.

Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a part-time, remote role focused on developing engaging content that communicates Dreamscape One’s mission and products across social platforms. In this role, the individual will plan and create posts, short-form videos, visuals, and captions tailored to platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining a content calendar, collaborating with the education and product teams to translate learning missions and platform features into accessible stories, and ensuring brand consistency in tone, visual style, and messaging. The Social Media Content Creator will monitor engagement metrics, respond to comments and messages as appropriate, and suggest improvements based on audience insights. The role may also involve supporting campaigns, launches, and educator outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Ability to plan and execute social media content strategies, including managing content calendars and aligning posts with marketing objectives.
  • Strong skills in creating platform-specific content (e.g., short-form video, graphics, and copy) for channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Proficiency in writing clear, engaging, and age-appropriate copy, with attention to grammar, tone, and brand voice.
  • Experience using social media analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and refine content based on audience behavior.
  • Familiarity with educational technology or learning-focused products, and interest in gamified learning for children and teens.
  • Basic skills in design or video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, or equivalent) are highly beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills, reliability in meeting deadlines, and comfort working independently in a remote environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with educators, subject specialists, and product teams.
  • Prior experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation is preferred; formal education in communications, marketing, media, or related fields is an advantage.
