Full Time Tender Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in HR Property Developer Melaka - Maukerja

Job Functions:

• Conduct quantity take-off and measurement from drawings, specifications and project documents.
• Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BQ), tender documents and pricing schedules.
• Manage tender processes including tender invitations, clarifications, evaluations and comparisons.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from contractors, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs, variations, claims and budget throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare tender reports, cost analysis and recommendations for management approval.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
• 3years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, tendering or construction.
• Good knowledge of quantity take-off, BQ preparation, construction costs and tender procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of QS/tender software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills with good attention to detail.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
