Responsibilities
Storeman Duties:
Accept, examine, and confirm arriving materials and items.
Keep inventory in the warehouse organized, stored, and maintained.
Select, package, and get ready to deliver orders.
Perform routine inventory inspections and stock counts.
Keep precise records of inventory levels and stock movements.
Make sure the warehouse is safe, clean, and has the right storage procedures.
Help load and unload cargo.
Delivery duties:
Make timely and safe deliveries of goods to clients, vendors, and project locations.
Make effective delivery route plans.
After delivery, confirm delivery orders and get consumer acknowledgments.
Verify adherence to business policy and traffic laws.
When necessary, help clients unload.
Conditions
At least a secondary education, or its equivalent.
A current Class 3 driver's license.
It is desirable if you have prior experience in delivery, logistics, or warehouse operations.
A basic understanding of stock control and inventory management.
The capacity to move and raise large objects.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Capable of working independently, responsible, and on time.
Forklift license (advantageous).
