Full Time Programme Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,500 in DYNAMIC HUMAN CAPITAL PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for a Programme Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support in healthcare sector. You will work closely with programme leads and stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of programmes, teaching sessions, assessments and related activities.

6 Months Contract

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for matters relating to the training programme.

• Support the Programme Coordinator and Programme Director in the continuous development of programmes and curriculum.

• Organise meetings, teaching sessions and programme-related activities.

• Coordinate assessments, collate assessment data and assist with report preparation.

• Coordinate and ensure the timely submission of required documents and information.

• Maintain accurate programme records and documentation to support accreditation requirements.

• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Support events, training sessions and education-related activities.

• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline.

• Prior experience in programme coordination, administration or a related role is an advantage.

• Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented with good follow-through.

• Adaptable, resourceful and responsible.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
