Job Responsibilities
Provide technical consultancy and support to internal sales teams, channel partners, and customers on networking and cybersecurity solutions.
Participate in pre-sales engagements , including requirements gathering, solution design, product demonstration, proof-of-concept (POC), and implementation planning.
Deliver deployment, configuration, testing, and integration of networking and security solutions based on project requirements.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to resolve complex technical issues, handle incident response, perform root cause analysis, and manage escalation to vendors when necessary.
Support post-deployment maintenance , system optimization, and customer success initiatives to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with vendors and channel partners to stay up to date on new technologies, product updates, and best practices.
Conduct technical training, presentations, and workshops for customers and partners when required.
Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, and technical solutions.
Contribute to continuous improvement of technical service delivery and process efficiency.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology , Computer Engineering , Computer Science , or related fields.
CCNA certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred; other certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE, or similar will be advantageous.
Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals and enthusiasm for networking and cybersecurity are welcome to apply.
Good understanding of network infrastructure (switching, routing, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, load balancers, etc.).
Familiar with network monitoring tools , LAN/WAN configuration , and security technologies such as endpoint protection, firewalls, and threat management systems.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving network or cybersecurity incidents.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and a fast learner with a passion for the latest cyber trends and emerging technologies.
Positive attitude, team player, and customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
