Join our Group Marketing team as a Group Digital Marketing Assistant Manager, where you will take a lead role in driving integrated digital strategies, executing high-impact campaigns, and strengthening our group-wide brand presence. This role goes beyond execution where you will contribute to strategy development, oversee digital initiatives, and guide marketing efforts across multiple business units.
You will work cross-functionally to deliver data-driven campaigns, optimize customer acquisition funnels, and enhance brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. This position offers exposure to high-level marketing decision-making, project leadership, and performance analytics in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Management
- Support the development and lead execution of group-wide digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (social, paid media, email, web) to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
Digital Brand Leadership
- Drive group-level brand positioning and digital presence, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all digital platforms.
- Maintain and refine brand guidelines, ensuring alignment across business units and marketing outputs.
Content & Digital Experience
- Oversee the creation and execution of high-quality digital content, including social media creatives, videos, landing pages, and webinars.
- Ensure content strategies are aligned with audience targeting, platform algorithms, and performance metrics.
- Identify trends and opportunities to enhance user experience and engagement across digital channels.
Marketing Operations & Asset Management
- Manage and optimize marketing assets, including campaign reports, ad copies, dashboards, and presentations.
- Introduce improved processes, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency, scalability, and consistency across the group.
Performance Monitoring & Analytics
- Track and analyze marketing KPIs, including traffic, conversions, engagement rates, and campaign ROI.
- Leverage analytics tools to produce actionable reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Continuously test, learn, and optimize digital marketing activities.
Social Listening & Brand Sentiment
- Monitor social media platforms and digital channels to assess brand perception, audience sentiment, and competitive positioning.
- Provide recommendations based on insights to strengthen brand reputation and engagement.
Project Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead marketing projects and coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and business units to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate alignment across teams, ensuring effective communication, accountability, and knowledge sharing.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on marketing best practices.
Ad Hoc & Strategic Initiatives
- Support senior management in strategic planning, innovation initiatives, and new digital marketing opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement within the marketing function through experimentation and innovation.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of relevant digital marketing experience preferred.
- Experience managing campaigns and coordinating cross-functional projects is an advantage.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder management capabilities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, email platforms, scheduling tools).
- A deep familiarity with the FMCG and F&B sectors is advantageous —you should feel fully confident strategizing for these markets and ready to hit the ground running from day one.
- Creative Tools: Hands-on proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Digital Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, paid media, and content strategies.
Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
