The company currently manages Suasana Market Hall, a modern market hall located in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, bringing together a diverse selection of F&B vendors, lifestyle offerings, events and community-driven experiences under one roof.

Beyond dining, Suasana Market Hall creates experiences that bring people together through live sports and esports watch parties, events, brand collaborations, community activations and entertainment. As an official watch party venue for Selangor FC and Selangor Red Giants, Suasana Market Hall continues to position itself as a social and community destination in Shah Alam.

Role Description

Suasana Market Hall is looking for a creative, outgoing and social-media-savvy Graphic Design & Social Media Intern to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Design social media content, posters, promotional materials and event visuals

• Create and edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Stories

• Assist in planning, creating and scheduling social media content

• Capture photos and videos of food, vendors, events and activities at Suasana Market Hall

• Write engaging captions and social media copy

• Keep up with current TikTok, Instagram and social media trends

• Conduct TikTok Live and other social media Live sessions to promote Suasana Market Hall, its vendors, events and ongoing promotions

• Engage with viewers during Live sessions to encourage interaction and increase audience engagement

• Assist with real-time social media coverage during events, watch parties and activations

• Brainstorm creative content ideas, trends and campaigns to increase reach and engagement

• Ensure all content follows Suasana Market Hall’s branding and visual direction

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Media, Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field

• Familiar with Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

• Familiar with CapCut or other video editing applications

• Active and familiar with TikTok, Instagram and Facebook

• Comfortable speaking and appearing on camera, including hosting Live sessions

• Good eye for design, aesthetics and engaging social media content

• Creative and up-to-date with current social media trends

• Confident in communicating and interacting with audiences

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English

• Portfolio or samples of previous creative work are highly encouraged
