Responsibilities
Manage
Accounts Payable (AP) functions
, including invoice processing and verification.
Process
employee claims and reimbursements
in accordance with company policies.
Prepare and process
payment transactions
while maintaining accurate payment records.
Perform
account reconciliations
and ensure proper documentation and filing.
Liaise with
suppliers and internal departments
to resolve invoice and payment-related queries.
Assist with
month-end closing activities
and other ad-hoc accounting duties as required.
