Responsibilities
A leading regional life insurer is looking for a Deputy Chief Distribution Officer to sit at the centre of its commercial engine. This is a heavy hitting commercial role, not a back office one. You will lead the weekly sales conversation across all channels, holding the business to account on pipeline and numbers while setting the strategic direction the team executes against.
FA open architecture is the main growth opportunity, with new products launching next year. You will also pick up marketing, both brand and channel, working alongside a product and marketing lead who reports into you.
You need to be commercially sharp and genuinely comfortable with numbers, able to read what is selling and what should be scaled back. Just as important is the relationship side, spending real time with distribution partners and building trust, while managing a team of around 30.
As well as established C Level candidates, we are open to those stepping up.
