Job Summary

Support tender preparation, contract administration, and project financial management to ensure accurate documentation, timely payments, and effective stakeholder communication in construction projects.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing, analyzing, and evaluating tender submissions to support management decision-making

Prepare tender bids for management approval with accurate and complete documentation

Administer contracts for secured projects, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions

Prepare and manage documentation for subcontractor shortlisting, evaluation, comparison, and award recommendations

Prepare and submit progress claims to clients in a timely and accurate manner

Evaluate and process progress payments to subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers based on contract terms

Liaise effectively with clients and consultants’ Quantity Surveyors to resolve project and financial matters

Maintain ongoing communication with project staff, especially the Project Director, to ensure alignment and progress tracking

Monitor and manage all variation orders, maintaining accurate records and documentation

Provide necessary documentation to support preparation of final accounts with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers

Ensure confidentiality and safeguard all controlled project documents

Negotiate with clients’ Quantity Surveyors during final accounts and variation order discussions to achieve favorable outcomes
