Site Supervisor - Kuala Lumpur

Responsibility

I. Assist Project Manager / Site Manager in the supervision of the construction work.

II. Assist Site Engineers in recording of the site dairy, manpower chart, machinery usage report and site progress report

III. To supervise a team of staff (workers), arrange and monitor machinery usage and monitor material delivery.

IV. To supervise sub-contractors’ work and monitor its progress.

V. To monitor the quality of work and ensure all works are carried out as per drawings and specifications..

VI. To control wastage and delivery of material to site. · Liaising with authorities, consultants and sub-contractors.

VII. Monitoring and supervise Piling Works, Hand Dug Caisson Works, and Demolition Works.

VIII. Superstructural : Monitor & supervised formwork,rebar & concreting works. Also coordinate with M&E Supervisor if have any M&E part.

IX. Architecture: Brickwork,door frame leaf,plastering,tiling,floor coating, painting, tiling, skim coating, RWDP,water proofing etc.

Requirements

i. Diploma or equivalent

ii. 2 years working experience in plumbing works

iii. Good technical knowledge · Capable of supervising a team of workers, and arrange and monitor machinery usage at construction site

iv. Ability to work independently, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
v. Able to drive and possess a valid car driving licence (GDL licence is an added advantage)

Salary: Starting RM 2700
