Responsibilities
Brief Summary:
Join a dynamic team where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing procurement governance and sustainability initiatives, driving digital transformation, and ensuring compliance and risk management success.
Responsibilities:
Support procurement risk assessments and coordinate mitigation actions with relevant stakeholders.
Execute supplier sustainability programs, including compliance audits and improvement initiatives.
Maintain procurement policies and procedures to meet compliance standards.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, recommending process enhancements as necessary.
Coordinate procurement documentation and assist with audits, both internal and external.
Promote and assist in the implementation of digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support procurement efforts and address operational challenges.
Prepare procurement reports and dashboards to facilitate informed decision-making.
Requirements:
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–8 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Supplier Management, Quality, or Sustainability.
Familiarity with digital procurement tools and methodologies related to Procurement Digital Transformation (DX).
Strong skills in data analysis and reporting, alongside a continuous improvement mindset.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and collaboration abilities.
Comprehensive knowledge of Procurement Operations, Compliance, Risk Management, and Supplier Sustainability, with advantageous exposure to ESG, RBA, and management systems.
Experience with tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar technologies is preferred.
