Lil Salon is looking for someone creative, hands-on and experienced in social media marketing to grow our salon and barber brands.

This is not just a “post content” role — we’re looking for someone who can create good content, understand what attracts customers, and run Meta Ads to help generate sales and bookings.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan and create content for Instagram, TikTok and other Lil Salon social media platforms
• Visit our salon & barber outlets for content shooting when needed
• Capture before & after photos, videos, treatments, transformations and behind-the-scenes content
• Edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar tools
• Create simple visuals using Canva
• Write captions and plan consistent social media postings
• Run and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Monitor ad performance and improve campaigns based on results
• Come up with promotions, campaigns and content ideas to drive bookings and sales
• Keep up with TikTok, Reels and beauty/hair trends
• Work closely with the salon team to collect content and execute campaigns

Who We’re Looking For

• Has experience in social media marketing / digital marketing / content creation
• Must have experience running Meta Ads
• Comfortable creating TikTok & Instagram Reels content
• Able to use CapCut and Canva
• Creative and understands what makes content engaging
• Comfortable shooting content using a phone
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to travel to our salon & barber outlets for content shooting
• Experience in beauty, hair, lifestyle or service-based businesses is a bonus

Working Arrangement

This role is mostly WFH with flexible working hours and days.

However, you’ll need to be physically present at our salon and barber outlets for content shooting, campaigns or when required.

Salary & Commission

Basic Salary: RM2,500/month
