Responsibilities

Job Requirement:


1.   BSEE/BSCE (Masters preferred) & outstanding hands-on FPGA design and development experience on either Altera or Xilinx.

2.   Expert experience with Verilog (or possibly VHDL) RTL design and high-speed digital design methodologies.

3.   FPGA Code development/design experience with either Xilinx or Altera.

4.   FPGA Verification & Debug experience using ModelSim, (Perl, Python).

5.   Experience in floor planning, synthesis, and placement & routing; Xilinx and Altera is ideal

6.   Experience with writing BFM, monitors (PCI/PCIe, USB, and DDR2/3), and test benches.

7.   Extensive packet processing experience as well as full-chip verification

8.   Outstanding communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.

9.   Having at least 5 years of experience.

10. Knowledge and skill in Programming Languages as per following:

·        Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs)

·        VHSIC Hardware Description Language (VHDL)

·        VeriLog


Job Description: 


1.   Design and Verification of FPGAs with Verilog/VHDL.

2.   Optimizing FPGA code to minimize resources / maximize clock speed.

3.   Verification of FPGAs using ModelSim, etc.

4.   Debug FPGA issues on the hardware platform

5.   Invent, document, and implement micro-architecture and design details for new-product features.

6.   Physical implementation in FPGA targets for emulation; timing closure, debug.

7.   Any other duties assign.
