Senior Sales Leader – IT Professional Services (Singapore) SEA Region • Digital Transformation • Data • AI • Automation • Cloud & Infrastructure

We are hiring a senior sales leader to drive enterprise IT professional services growth across Singapore and Southeast Asia. You will focus on new logo acquisition, large transformation deals, and scaling revenue from USD $3M to $10M+ across key industries including BFSI and Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new enterprise clients & logo's and grow underpenetrated accounts.

• Lead full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solutioning, negotiation, closing.

• Sell professional services across Software, Applications, Data, AI, Automation, Cloud & Infrastructure.

• Build strong relationships with CIO, CTO, CDO, VP Engineering, Procurement.

• Drive regional go-to-market plans and maintain accurate forecasting.

• Work with delivery, pre-sales and partner teams (AWS, Azure, GCP) to shape solutions.

• Expand multi-tower transformation and managed services engagements.

Key Requirements:

• 15+ years experience, including 5+ years in enterprise IT services sales (not product).

• Proven track record in new logo hunting and multi-million-dollar enterprise deals.

• Experience with a global SI, consulting firm or MSP.

• Strong exposure to BFSI and Manufacturing; other sectors a plus.

• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.

• Strong communication, negotiation and executive engagement skills.
