: As an functional consultant, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce is required. Intermediate level of proficiency in SAP Fieldglass Integrations is recommended.Develop and implement strategies to optimize SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce usage within the ERP Programme ProjectLead and mentor team members on best practices for SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce and IntegrationsCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of SAP Fieldglass solutionsAnalyze data and provide insights to enhance the efficiency of contingent workforce management
