Full Time Assistant Manager, Menu Development Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,500 in My CU Retail Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• To strategize the 360 Implementation that encompasses full PDCA cycle of accountability; Plan, Do, Check and Action to ensure the achievement of short- and long-term Revenue and Gross Profit Target for Bakery & Desserts portfolio.
• To drive a successful, profitable, and sustainable Innovation strategies for Bakery & Desserts that benefit the Maru and CU brand positioning.
• Scope of innovation within Bakery section includes, but is not limited to products such as Sweet Buns, Savoury Buns, Family Pack, etc. for Maru and ISF for CU.
• Scope of innovation within Desserts section includes but is not limited to ambient desserts and chilled desserts.
• To develop and activate effectively and efficiently 6 PS; Products, Promotions, Place, Price, People (Handling, Storage & Display Planogram) and Positioning for Bakery offerings.
• To continuously sharpen Bakery & Desserts strategies with consistent scanning of the competitive eco system; Customer, Channel, Competitor, Cost and Category/Portfolio Trend.
• To contribute towards the preparation of Annual Budget in conjunction with the superior.
• To develop the innovation and plan the sales vs target, recovery of sales on any shortfalls and mitigation plan.
• To conduct range reviews and undertaking continuous improvement of the product offering through effective range analysis.
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by Superior or Management.

Requirements:

• Min 5 year(s) of working experience in the bakery category in retail/ CVS / FMCG / food service industry.
• Passion for K culture would be added advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Food Science & Technology/ Halal/ Food Safety.
• Attention to details and organized.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Highly analytical mind, communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills to support business-decision making and help drive business efficiency.
• Proficient in MS Office eg Excel, Word and Powerpoint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,800.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
